Synopsis
On a certain night in 1995, a middle-aged man zoomed past his car on the streets of Delhi, carrying a suspicious large sack. Later on the very night a constable on duty discovered strange fumes from a bistro where the man entered. Witness the truth behind an infamous "kaand" unfolding in "TANDOOR"
