Synopsis
Lube up and head for the beach with Matt Powers as he penetrates a drug smuggling operation and the cute young beach asses he encounters as the Lifeguard on Duty. The clues unfold as Matt's plan of man-play leads to hard-pounding fact-finding with some slick results.
