Synopsis
File 137 seems like just another case for Stéphanie, an investigator at the IGPN, the police watchdog. A tense protest, a young man injured by an LBD shot, circumstances that need to be clarified to determine responsibility... But an unexpected element unsettles Stéphanie, turning File 137 into something more than just a number.
