Synopsis
In 2045, amidst an economic disaster and the rapid evolution of AI in a world where sustainable warfare is on the rise, Public Security Section 9, led by Kusanagi Motoko, arrives in Tokyo to confront the "post-human" Takashi Shimamura and prevent the looming threat of nuclear war.
