Risa Shimizu (清水 理沙, Shimizu Risa, born September 9, 1988) is a Japanese actress and voice actress (seiyuu) from Kanagawa Prefecture who is affiliated with Aksent.

She graduated from Kunitachi College of Music, Department of Performance, majoring in vocal music.
