Tito Catacora (born 1974) is a Peruvian director, screenwriter, and film producer based in Southern Peru.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a Master's degree in Intercultural Education, and has completed Doctoral studies in Education at the National University of the Altiplano in Puno.
