Ali Abbasi (Persian: علی عباسی, born 1981, Tehran) is an Iranian-Danish filmmaker.

He attended Tehran Polytechnic until 2002, when he emigrated to Europe to study architecture at the Royal Academy of Sciences in Stockholm.
