ACTING

At the age of 16, Christiane Tricerri premiered "Equus", by Peter Shaffer, at the Ruth Escobar Theater, still in school, but since then she has never stopped dedicating herself to theater. In 1981, she makes her professional debut in "Mal Secreto", directed by Roberto Lage and, in 1982, she debuts in "Bella Ciao", a show that won all the critics' awards, including the APCA for best performance for the actress. In 1985, she joined the Teatro do Ornitorrinco and participated for ten years in a row in productions such as: "Ubu, O Doente Imaginário", "A Velha Dama Indigna", "Sonho de uma Noite de Verão" and "A Comédia dos Erros", all under the direction of Cacá Rosset.

Shows — all of them — of great success in Brazil and abroad with careers of at least two years. It was with A Midsummer Night's Dream that the actress became known in Brazil and in the US for her nude scene in Central Park.
