Vladimir Dmitrievich Degtyarev (January 18, 1916 - October 6, 1974) - Soviet filmmaker-animator, art director.

Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1969). He was born on January 18, 1916 in Moscow. In 1937 he graduated from the Leningrad Art College.
